Clarke’s Aussies Firm Favourites To Smash Kiwi’s In Second Test

Already the dominant favourite, Australia has firmed into $1.70 with online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au to win the Second Test against New Zealand following a wave of bets on the home side.

“70 percent of all bets so far have been on Australia to make it a clean sweep and win the Second Test,” sportsbet.com.au’s Haydn Lane said.

“That compares with 25 percent on the Draw and just five percent on the Kiwis.”

Ricky Ponting is the $4.25 favourite to score the most runs in Australia’s first innings at his home track, while Chris Martin is priced at $1,501 (and drifting) to score the most runs in New Zealand’s first innings.
